Before you buy
- Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier‑unlocked. Most iPhones from XS / XR onwards, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S, Z and A models do.
- Plans are data only — call and message through WhatsApp, Messenger or FaceTime.
- Install the eSIM before you travel; each QR code can be installed once.
- For most plans the validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.
Questions
How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?
On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About and look for "Digital SIM" or "Available SIM". On Android, check Settings → Connections → SIM manager for "Add eSIM". Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
When do I receive my eSIM?
Right after your payment is confirmed. The QR code appears in your account under eSIMs and we email you a link to it.
Can I check how much data I have left?
Yes. Your account shows the data used and remaining once the eSIM has connected to a network.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. Please check that your phone supports eSIM before you buy.
