1. About these terms

Hostflora is a product of Cyfi Digital, a joint venture of BDCM Tech (Cambodia) Co., Limited and GS TRIP (Cambodia) Co., Limited.

These terms apply to every service you order from hostflora.com and billing.hostflora.com: domain names, web hosting, WordPress hosting, email, SSL certificates, website migration and website development. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Accurate details: give correct contact details and keep them up to date.
Security: keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Legal capacity: you must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country.

3. Orders and payment

Prices: shown on our website and on your invoice. The invoice shows the final amount, including any tax.
Activation: a service starts only after the payment provider confirms your payment.
Refused orders: we may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or breaks these terms. If we cancel an order before the service starts, we return what you paid.

4. No refunds

All purchases are non-refundable.

Once a payment is made, we do not refund it, in full or in part.
This applies to every service: domain registrations, transfers and renewals, hosting plans, add-ons and professional services.
It also applies if you cancel early, stop using a service, or never use it.
Domain registrations are sent to the registry as soon as they are paid and cannot be reversed.

5. Renewals and cancellation

Renewals: services renew for the same billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a renewal invoice before it is due.
Unpaid renewals: the service may be suspended and later terminated. Expired domains may enter a grace or redemption period, and restoring them can cost extra.
Cancelling: you can cancel any time from your account. This stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

6. Domain names

Registry rules: domains are registered through accredited registrars and follow the rules of each registry and of ICANN.
Availability: search results can change until registration is completed.
Your responsibility: make sure your domain name does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for anything illegal or harmful, including spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement or attacks on other systems. We may suspend or terminate a service that breaks this rule, without a refund.

8. Your content and backups

Your content: you own what you host with us and are responsible for it.
Backups: we take backups as described in each plan, but you should always keep your own copies of important data.

9. Service availability

We work to keep services running at all times, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost business.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
