Refund and Cancellation Policy

Summary: all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Hostflora is a product of Cyfi Digital, a joint venture of BDCM Tech (Cambodia) Co., Limited and GS TRIP (Cambodia) Co., Limited.
1. No refunds
- All purchases are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, we do not refund it, in full or in part.
- This applies to every service: domain registrations, transfers and renewals, web and WordPress hosting, email, SSL certificates, add-ons, website migration and website development.
- It also applies if you cancel early, stop using a service, or never use it.
2. Domain names
- Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are sent to the registry as soon as they are paid and cannot be reversed.
- A domain registered with a spelling mistake cannot be changed or refunded. Please check the name carefully before you pay.
3. Cancelling a service
- How: cancel any time from your account, or by opening a support ticket.
- What happens: the service stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then it is not renewed.
- No partial refunds: unused time in the current period is not refunded.
4. Renewals
- We send a renewal invoice before each due date. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
- Paid renewals are non-refundable, like any other purchase.
5. When we cancel an order
- If we refuse or cancel your order before the service is activated (for example, if a domain turns out to be unavailable), we return the amount you paid for that item.
- If we suspend or terminate a service because it broke our terms or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is given.
6. Payment disputes
If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us first at [email protected] so we can check it. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your services being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
